Question: How can I participate in Yeohwa VIP Card Program?
Answer: The membership is granted to the guests who have completed the check-in and have had personal stay at the high-end hotels belonged to Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group. These high-end hotels include Xiamen Yeohwa Hotel, Quanzhou Yeohwa Hotel, Wuyi Mountain Yeohwa Resort, Xiamen Seaview Resort, Xiamen International Seaside Hotel. Companies, organizations, groups and conference guests are not granted the membership.
The guests who have more than 3 accumulated stays in these high-end hotels can apply for VIP membership. We will deliver the VIP Card directly into your hand. Question: How can I maintain my membership effective?
Answer: You have to have at least one stay consumption in one high-end hotel under Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group within 2 years, or your membership shall be suspended temporarily and you will not be able to enjoy special privileges entitled to a Yeohwa VIP Card. After a new stay consumption is made at the high-end hotel, the membership will be automatically recovered, the record of accumulated stays remains perpetually effective. Question: What shall I do to recover my membership?
Answer: Your membership will be recovered when you have had a stay consumption at the high-end hotel under the Group. Question: How can I obtain a re-issued VIP Card?
Answer: When the VIP Card is lost, the cardholder shall contact timely with the Yeohwa VIP Card Hotline and apply for the re-issue. RMB 50 will be collected as a handling fee. The re-issued one will be mailed to you within 1 to 2 weeks. Before you receive the card, you can enjoy the membership privilege for your stay if you tell us your membership number at room reservation. Question: What shall I do if I forget my membership number?
Answer: If the membership number is forgotten, you may send an e-mail to us, in which you have to tell us your name, address and the date of your birth.
