Enrollment
Material demanded:
Effective ID certificate with 2 pieces of 1inch photographs
Fill out individual's true information on the application form.
A temporary card valid for fifteen days will be issued on receipt of payment and the hotel will inform of the collection date when the new card is ready.
Fees
RMB 9999 for per card
One year of validation.
Will not return any fees and is not available for counteract any expenses owed.

Guests invited by VIP members are able to gain 50% discount for the above consuming items.
15% discount for meal (excluding drinking,cigarettes and service charge).

Privileges are available subject to card presented.
In case of card loss , the member sign new application with paying rmb100 for new card issue with new No. and photograph submit, validation same as the ex-card.
Mandarin Hotel reserves the right to cancel any membership. All disputes judgment made by local court for reasons that include violation of Terms and Conditions or any misuse of this Program and violation of any national, state or local law or regulation
Any loss of card by personal reason or for any properties damaged is not under hotel's responsibility.
Membership reserves rights to use facilities of gym in the validation period.
Changes in terms and conditions
Hotel reserve the rights to change, modify Terms and Conditions in whole or part at any time, without notifying respectively . Any such notice of changes will be shown in the operation place for a reasonable period of time.
